transmission swap between s4 and s5

what do i have to swap over to use my s5 t2 transmission on my s4 na?

S5 tranny and cross member,slave cilinder,s4 turbo clutch,plate,starter,turbo driveshaft,turbo rear end,turbo axles,now the question is why?
