ON Transmission Problem, Ardy Disassembled

So, when my car was drivable I had some tranny problems.

All gears are fine, with exception to 3rd.

Shifting 2nd to 3rd has to be exact. I had to come on a perfect angle from 2nd to 3rd or else it would grind going in.
Anything on the left side 3rd had to be perfect, and right side didn't bother it.

My initial thought was a synchro, but after having it apart: (bell off, rear off )
I couldn't find any damaged teeth, or even unnecessary wear. I'm left thinking 2 things. Eithier the fork is worn in the rear of the tranny, or the lower shift bushing disintegrated.
There is a rail |_| that runs lengthwise on the rear section, that looks a little misshaped, but I highly doubt it has anything to do with the grind.

The fluid that came out was also horrid. I'm in need of getting it in so I can get her running... Do I just clean everything, toss some quality fluid in and hope for the best? Can the selector finger/ F's wear?

Any input is welcome.

Remember, only into 3rd, only from the left side.

Thanks.
