Transmission problem

I again.
I am having problems with the transmission of my 7 RX Turbo II.
Three years ago I changed clutch by CenterFORCE Race kit, Clutch and pressure plate, very Nice kit. Also I changed pilot bearing too, Now three years later, the transmission it unites make the gear changes, it has a metallic sound when it is in neutral, and sometimes I cannot put first gear second or third, only 5, I need turn off the car to put it in first gear and to ignite it.
Can be pilot bearing, throwout bearing, the propellent bearing, synchronizers? That it can be?
Any help of advisor??
Thanks

if the clutch is disengaging properly (meaning when you press the clutch pedal, all the hydraulics are doing their work to push the fork which pushed the T.O. bearing, which pushes on the pressure plate), then it most likely is a bad pilot bearing. This would cause the input shaft on the transmission to always spin making it seem like your clutch isn't disengaging.

If all that is good, it would be obvious its an internal transmisison issue that would require a rebuild.
