Transmission mount quest.
im doing the auto to 5spd swap in an 87 gx. i though the mount from an auto tanny would do the trick, but it seems as though the auto tranny is a few inches longer than the t2 tranny. ANd of course im still off by a few inches.
Is there any easy way of making this damn thing fit without doing some r&d to make and fab up a bracket? like maybe some one makes a braket for this sort of thing? or am i missing some tidbit of information that im not aware of?
