who offten should a transmission flush be done on a rx7?

30K miles, but I would do it 15-20K (I beat hard on my tranny ).

It's normally every 30K miles, if it's manual trans.

But, it's also depends on how abusive you are on gears.

30-60K miles.

See section 0 of the Mazda service manual for maintenance intervals. Note that there are two: Normal Driving Conditions and Unique Driving Conditions.
