Transmission filling

Ok I remember seeing something about pouring some kind of fluid down the shifter in the hanyes manual but I lost mines. Does anyone know what it is? I already filled the tranny with gear oil but its still a little harder than usual to shift.

yeah I think I already said that I filled it with Gear Oil. I did already search to and thats how I filled it with the gear oil (from under the car on the side of the tranny). Im just wondering what do I pour down the shift from inside the car.

put a little gear oil in the bottom of the shifter, same stuff you put inside the transmission.
