Transfer function for stock AFM?

I was just wondering if anyone had an airflow vs output voltage transfer function for the S4 and S5 MAFs.

I'm trying to do some comparison and experimentation with Speed Density vs MAF/AFM modes for the ms3 (eventually want to include the ability to use AFM and MAF... ) but I have not been able to find the stock transfer functions.

Both interesting, but not exactly what I was hoping for...

I was hoping I'd be able to find CFM or CC/min to voltage...

I'm trying to avoid having to take the different AFMs to a flow-bench if someone has already found this information documented somewhere.

It's pretty easy to find the transfer functions for modern hotwire MAFs so I'm not worried about those, but I'd like to be able to support those and older AFMs.
