Tranny Removal??

I got everything out, down to the tranny bolts.. so far 5 are out.. top left, the center one, top right, and bottom left and bottom right...

but the tranny still wont disconnect from the engine? is there any other bolts im not seeing? i just stared at the fsm again and im not seeing anything that should be stopping me.. everything is removed.. driveshaft, exhaust, clutch slave cyl.. shifter.. everything the fsm tells you to do (i cant recall all of it.)

i have the tranny supported with a hydraulic jack right now and we just cant get it to seperate from the engine.. any tips? please help.

Try depressing the clutch and wiggling it takes a bit of effort...

did you take the shifter out? LOL, make sure the shifter tower housing isn't hitting the tranny well near where the shifter goes thru...if your pilot bearing crapped the bed, pieces of it may be jamming the tranny input shaft, or, if everything's good you might have to fight a vacuum created by a good pilot bearing seal around the input shaft- YANK ON IT!!!

the shifter housing looks like it might be hitting the well.. but if i lower it i think the tranny is too low to slide off.. but the reason im pulling my tranny is because my pilot bearing is shot.. so yeah maybe i just really gotta yank on it.. ugh who knows

it could be because the engine tilts forward when the tranny is disconnected...well atleast tat was the problem when i was tryin to put it back in...u can try wat i did and stick a wood block to push the engine straight so it doesnt tilt forward....
