tranny fluid leak

well i find 2 little puddles under my car this morning and yesturday morning and i touched and smelled it and it smells like transmission fluid. any suggestions? do you guys think its just a seal thats broken?

Tired seal. Auto or manual?

Inspect fluid level and top off as needed. Low level will kill a tranny quickly.
