Tranny bolts torque specs?

Tranny bolts torque specs?

Does any1 know how many lbs of torque to tighten the bolts that hold it to the engine? The manual doesnt say or I just couldnt find it. Thanks

I use 55 ft-lbs(same as the engine mount bracket).

As tight as I can torque them down while lying under the engine with a 3/8" ratchet and 14mm socket. Seriously, you're torquing a good sized bolt into a steel housing and lying on your back with a typical 3/8" ratchet doesn't give you much leverage.&nbsp I ain't about to lug the 3'+ torque wrench under there and wait for the click!

yah, you'd have to be a lunatic to try and get a torque wrench on those bolts. Its hard enough with a 3/8 wobbly 14 and 2 3/8 extensions daisy chained to a rachet.
