Trailing and leading same degree

Just swapped and s4 13b n/a into my fb. Trying to work the bugs out. The car sputters low to mid but pulls fine up top. Checked the timing (unfortunately at about 950rpm and L2, L1 and T1 are at 5 deg ATDC. What could be causing this issue? When I advance the timing, they both advance to the same degree as well.

Revving the engine, both L and T1 advance to the same mark.

Btw, what i did for the swap is install the entire s4 harness and weed out the unnecessary stuff. Hopefully I didn't remove the "necessary" stuff as well lol.
