Trailing ignitor trouble
Help me with my 88 SE NA!
Trailing ignitors don't seem to be getting juice. Possible bad ECU? Tach sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.
After limping it home the left exhaust pipe (stock exhaust) coated with white inside (unburnt fuel?). I thought this was interesting becuase the stock exhaust is not a true dual exhaust is it? Has a center pipe, right. So why does the left pipe look different? No smoke from the exhaust.
It was running beuatifully up until now. It has about 129K on it. It is all original, no mods.
Any one have a stock ECU they wanna sell real cheap?
Thanks for your help, everyone.

"Juice" being the trigger signal or +12VDC turn-on?
If it's the main power, it's the same circuit as the leading ignitor/coil and fuel injectors.  If something is bad with this circuit, most likely the car will not run at all; it could be that there's a loose/cut wire after the split but before the trailing ignitor, but this is rare unless you were dancing around the engine bay with a chain saw...

The car starts and runs, but roughly and not at full power. It will not idle unles you keep your foot on the gas. I have done nothing under the hood. This is a stock car.
Juice, meaning no spark.
Thanks.
