TPS testing not working help

Hey guys my 91 n/a manual transmission engine is really bad in gas, I got 10miles per gallon last night which is nothing normal in my car,
I tested the tps and Narrow Range is at 1.00 volt
but my full range is way off it says 215.00
does this mean i have to replace my tps for a good one?

Is your car very finicky?... Is the "check engine light" illuminated??

You may just need a new O2 sensor.

Your meter might be reading millivolts instead of volts and it will indicate this on the meter display.
