Tps tester light

i was wondering if anyone knew how to MAKE one of those 2 light tps sensor testers? im sure this has bin asked before if anyone has the thread bookmarked that works too i drive a 89 na streetport.

using a DMM or ohmmeter is easier, more accurate, and faster. I just did it earlier today and it is really a piece of cake, in fact I did it with the intercooler still mounted.

im driving a 89 n/a so its got those narrow and full range im not to sure on how to adjust those. i looked at it with a scope in class and i know they dont have any dropouts.
