tps shorting at wot

Ok installed a pfc in the car and adjusted the idle and tps. With the key on you can fully sweep the throttle no issues, vta 1 stops at 4.6 or so and vta stops at 4.81 but with the engine running as soon as you go past 90% throttle vta spikes to 4.99+ and tells the ecm your going into decel mode or something as cuts all fuel and injector dutys go to 0.

any thoughts? this is the second tps and there isnt any more adjustment. Bad tps is pretty much out of the question

Did you check for dead spots in the TPS?

yup thing reads perfect if you slowly apply throttle, or it you slowly remove throttle. once car starts up and you smash it to wot it spikes and stay there till your at about 60% throttle. but go up slowly (as slowly as you can) and it spikes only once you reach 80-90&
