basicly that... it reads 1.0 k after I set it but the open reading was 0.7 .. even lower than the closed reading is it shot or is there another problem?

sorry for making another thread about this , but I figured that someone could give me a quicker answer this way

 

either that or ur meter is off. i had 3 that didn't agree and not anywhere near close. so i got a new one and none of them were near the right reading.

 

I just picked this one up , so it should be good , but I'll borrow one and do a double check
