tps question

should my car be able to start with the tps unplugged? its a s4 turbo, and i also have the air temp. sensor unplugged also. should it be able to run?

I sent you an email about the Rustler...the post office said they can track it if they have the address it came from and the shipping you chose (parcel post)?
