TPS problems?

The problem I have been having is that, after a new motor, Keg stripped, all the original parts were put back on. The Idol has been all over the place. All the vacuum lines are done right, the car right after the new motor was fine, then it did the fast idol/warm up thing all the time going from 1500-2000 when the clutch was in. I took it back in, they adjusted it, and the idol was stuck at 3000 all the time. Took it back in and the readjusted it again and the idol was at 1200 until two nights ago the car refuses to go above 2000 rpms, free reeving it, or when the clutch is engaged (this was on the queens way at 1:00am). TOOK it back in again it seems to be running fine now, but I'm now getting the 3800 heitation, I'm I don't want to get stuck on the queens way again any ideas whats going on with it, The guys who did the transplant are saying its a bad tps?

Seems like a bad TPS according to this page as we have adjusted the TPS as stated. However the TPS is unable to keep the calibration.
