Is this a tps problem?

Today my 87 T2 started having hiccups under acceleration and the idle has dropped to 600k. I just set the tps less than 1000 miles ago when I did a tune up. I have loaned my dmm to a friend so I cannot check it at this point in time. Is this just a sign of it being out of adjustment, or is it a sign of failure?

Thanks

I am pretty sure that it is not turbo lag due to this problem just arising. Iwill get my dmm back this weekend so I will figure it out.
