TPS/Idle problem!!!!!!????

Ok. This is really starting to frustrate me now.
I just got my new TPS today and got it installed and everything.

Now, ive got a couple of questions.

I made one of the light meters to test and position the TPS, but am I supposed to position the TPS before or after I adjust the idle?

And also, am I supposed to adjust the TPS when the car is cold or when it is warmed up/hot?

Thanks in advance for your help.

the car needs to be warmed up.

i am not sure what you mean about the idle. Do you mean idle speed? I am not sure about that one but i would think you want the speed set first but it may be tough if the tps is out of adjustment. Check the FAQ's and maybe rotorwiki, etc

Set the idle, air/fuel and timing and then set the tps. Make sure you have tripped the initial set coupler.
