TPS Code 18
Did the wire test on My 91 RX-7 TII
Came up code 18 Which means the secondary throttle sensor is not functioning properly.
The car hesitates like this: NUETRAL; it will only Tach up to 3500 RPM's on light throttle pressure. If I try to gun it, with full throttle, it will reach 3500, sputter on up to 5000, then race the rest of the way up with small boost.
IN GEAR; Does the same as above but if you don't shift at exactly 4000 RPM it will sputter and slow until you release the throttle slightly, or if you can try to apply the clutch rev it a few times and boost it through the gears. That'll of course make me the COPS BEST FRIEND

you didnt get a secondary injectors code from checking the codes?
it sounds like a secondary injector problem. but you can try setting your TPS and seeing how/if that works or chanegs anything.
