Torque specfications

Someone told me that the torque specs for the flywheel on a 88 Rx-7 is 289-362 ft/lb. Is that right ? Thats a large range. The pressure plate gets torqued to 13-20 ft/ lb ? Are these numbers right ?

Seems kinda silly, dosent it? But the Flywheel is 350 ft/lb. Ive taken several of those off. It is a 2 person job, minimum.

As far as retightening that sucker. Take it up to 150 ft/lbs and then an additional 1/6 of a rotation. Most people don't have a torque wrench that goes past 150, that is how I do them.
