Too Much End Play - Video Inside

So, today I got hold of a dial indicator to check my end play and found this.

I am reusing all the spacers and needle bearing. the spacer has a "K" stamped on it. what should I do?

I think I found what was wrong. didn't torque down the bolt :/ now its at 2.7
