Too many flames! Red hot cat too!

I put my motor in and fired it up. AFRS like 12-14, but my cats and my whole exhaust is RED hot! It kinda sounds funny and there is really no power (could be my tuning, running on e6k), but my idle is good and solid at 1000rpms and it starts up good, and vac is like - 30 to -40 kpa at idle. Could be blown and one rotor is dumping raw fuel into exhaust and burning in cat maybe? It pops hella and when i drive it around it shoots pretty much a constant flame. I have a smooth fuel map but sometimes above 3k we get 15+ afrs randomly and just pops crazy. Its sick, we got some video but I can't post. I am afraid it is blown.

GET RID OF THE CATS. They are probably plugged.
A few forum members have had plugged cats and they are making the car run like crap. Get rid of them you won't regret it!
