ok i was trying to check my auxiliary ports see if they r working, first question. i know you have to be running at 3500 rpm, but does your engine have to be under load in order for them to open up also...

and also just reving my it to 4000rpm in the drive way my car was surrounded by smoke and it started coming up threw the shifter, then the regular old vents! i know i got shity exaust, backed up cat/rusted muffler/possible multiple holes, but still how much is too much to not worry about?
i am getting my new muffler put on hopyfully next week...

Im sure you have to be unde rload in a s4. I am unsure about s5 since it uses the airpump. As for the smoke, I would assume that a rusted and holey exhaust could contribute to some smokey conditions.
