Thumbs up TO4 and fuel stuff

Ok, I'll start with the turbo specs. T04b .70ar cold 1.00ar hot 60-1 compressor Hks cast manifold and Hks standard wastegate (10# spring) all on a ported motor. Anyways plans are to run no more than 14# and would like to stay around 10#. With 4x720, walbro, and regulator (parallel fuel mod), could I get away with just an S-AFC? I know a stand-alone is suggested and would be saved for, but for about 6 month to a year would it work. Basically the EMS is going to give me some ignition control, but would I need it right away? BTW I am only looking for 300-320hp. Thanks in advance!

IMO if I had to do my car again I would do it the exact same way that I did it. I saved till I had money to do it all at once. Thats just my opinion though. I did it once and done. I feel if you are going to go to all the trouble to put a pretty desent size turbo on the car then might as well do it all at once, ECU, turbo, intercooler, fuel mods, etc etc. I was going to go the same route as you but decided not from people that have already gone that route and it not working right. Besides how are you suppost to suck all that air through that small *** AFM with that big 4" turbo inlet.

It depends if you have a daily driver. Im currently saving for a bov, injectors, and some kind of ecu or fuel management system.

i was going for the route TOO! but everyone told my it's a bad idea, usually i wouldn't care what people say but i got two projects, either 12A BRIDGE PORT or Upgrade My Turbo2. Since it's really not a good idea i'm going to mess around with my 1st gen and bridge it.

I may try it. I am still porting the engine and building that up. There are so many damn ways to build a car and so many damn choices. I will figure something out. All said and done I am sure I'll post my results.
