Tire wobble problem again!

My tires wobble and cause the car to shake over like 70mph, heres a link to a video if you think you guys know what the problem is. thanks

Can you move the wheels back and forth with the rear end lifted like that? Either your wheel bearings are jacked up, or the wheels themselves are bent.
