Try this by C. Ludwig https://www.rx7club.com/vforums/show...threadid=29978 Now that takes care of the timing. There is another issue that I'm sure you are aware of. Its the impedence of the injectors for different cars (rx7's). Where or what car did the engine come out of? Newer than a 87? Maybe a 88 and newer? If so those cars have high impedence injectors and they just ain't agoing to work in a 86 with any success. You can check the impedence on the secondary injectors easily with a meter. Should be 2-3 ohms. If 12=13 ohms you have a small problem. By the way. You do have spark, right? Just curious about the timing? If the C. Ludwig post gives you some questions, write back.

Here's something useful. Take all the plugs out. Have someone crank the engine for about fifteen seconds or more. Do you see a fuel mist? If so there is gas. Do you see a spark from the plugs if they are held close to a ground while the engine is cranking? Do you get enough compression to blow your finger off the sparkplug hole when you put either the tops only or the lowers back in and hold your finger over the remaining hole? Have you tried getting a can of starter fluid and spraying it in the intake snorkel? Did the car crank for a moment?
