Time damage?

Hello all.

I'm going to inspect a 1991 S5 Turbo II soon (prolly next weekend).

My concern: the car has been sitting there, in the open field for the past 3 years, enduring weather and such...and NOT being started even once a month
Before being "forgot" , the owner did 3 years ago a compression test and results were kinda ok (around 100 psi each, being a 89k km 13BT I think it's not so bad ...)

Do you think it can have suffered damage in any area, apart from a bit of more rust?

How does a wankel engine endure passing time without being started?

And last thing...the owner said that the electrical system has a minor problem: a screw of the ones that keep in place the plastic covers below the steering column was loose, and he tightened it too much, ending inside and blowing the ignition electrical line (in his opinion, that is minor ...I think this could create some big electrical issues...who is right ?? )

Any thought is appreciated , thanks in advance.
