TII Timing Help

I have an S4 TII engine Im tying to setup the timing on.

What are the L (yellow) and T (red) marks on the pulley worth in degrees?

Thanks Hailers. I left my FSM at work (I have a hardcopy).

I didnt search for two reasons:

1) I hate the search function, it drives me insane.

2) If I asked, I knew someone would search for me and find the answer. :P
