Well its starting now with most tries but once its running past 5k the engine sounds pretty rough and sometimes when getting going. You also smell raw fuel when she's running. any help?

 

There is a difference between the smell of an engine running rich and the smell of raw fuel. If it's a raw fuel smell, there's a leak somewhere. Check fuel lines/ hoses, pulsation damper, injectors, injector o-rings, etc. Repair any leaks first, then we can tackle any rich running problems after that.
