I'm planing on doing the swap this week or the following weekend. I just bought the diff Im having a hard time finding the spec on the length for the CV axle. At napa they have 2 different sizes. I just want to get the correct size the first time. The diff is out if a 88 FC TII if any one knows the spec please let me know. I'm tierd of the peg leg.

 

There are two different lengths. Ones for early 87s (shorter) and late 87s-91 (longer)

Which ones you need depends on the stub shafts in you diff. The early 87 stub shafts stick out of the diff further than the later ones
