Where is the best place to source a complete TII motor these days? Doesnt have to be running since Im just going to crack it open anyway.

OTHER than the FS/FT section? 
It depends on if you want an A- or J-Spec engine... Obviously try CraigsList and eBay, but there're quite a few places to get Tii longblacks.
