TII conversion complete .... problem with idle

Exclamation TII conversion complete .... problem with idle

idle is stuck at 4000 rpm .... anyone have any clues to what i can check for ? motor is J Spec 90 on a 90 N/A harness

With the car running, check the throttle linkage, make sure that it is all the way closed by turning it. If it turns shut, but pops back, I would think its your throttle cable or something else holding it. If its stuck, the thermowax could have been siezed. Check your BAC valve and accelerated warmup valve to make sure that they are closed.
