tic tic tic tic... byebye strut mounts?

So everytime I start the car and everytime i turn it off there is ticking noise hat comes for almost 2 seconds right before it holds idle ( right after the starter kicks in) and another one right after i shut the car down... when the engine is running i kinda hear like a ticking as well...maybe a hizzing? Im making power throughtout the powerband and i have the 5th and 6th working along with new tranny mounts and a racing beat engine torque brace. Also my tranny is fucked from the past autox i went to ( SLAMMED IT TO FIRST at 25mph) Could it be that sense the brace stabalized the frame something in the tranny or the suspension started to tic or come loose? Maybe?

According to the manual it says a ticcking noise could be caused from a worn strut mount

This noise also appears if Im about to stall as in below 600 rpms... in a higherr gear. but usually it happens going into first from a dead stop and waitign to long before gasing it.

My battery negative cable was loose as &@#*(@). Anyways I retighten it, retighten the engine torque brace... unpluged all the electrical wires and pluged them back in.... it got a little better but I STILL HEAR a clicking noise when I start the car after its been warmed up. and when i turn it off. My TPS was crapping out before the idle was shaky as hell until i hit it with a ratchet LOL and it stayed steady at 900. Maybe the TPS is causing the clicking? The car starts and drives fine. The noise is gone once the car starts up but comes back if im below 800 rpms like when im in a dead stop and engage the clutch and gas to move forward in first gear. like right before the clutch engaes it clicks at least 2 or three times. Also while the engine was off it seemed like i could still hearing it or maybe it just my imagination. Could it be the the injectors? I got them blueprinted and cleaned so i doubt it. This just started happening like a week ago.

P.S. If i had to guess I would say is somewhere on the back of teh engine close to the spark plugs. (My spark plugs are 4k miles old and my wires are 10k miles old). Perhaps the starter connection?
