my tb is sticking where when i push the gas and it kinda holds it for a second. if you go under the hood and push it by hand you can see that its sticking ..whats a good way to clean out the tb? spray it out with wd40? brake cleaner?

 

use carb cleaner, better yet take the TB off, and clean it with a Qtip and some Carb Cleaner

 

Clean the linkages real good, spray some wd-40 on them after. If it is still sticking, disconnect the throttle cable and make sure its not the cable thats binding.

 

also check your push rod thing that goes from the OMP to your TB if you have one (forgot to check for what year your cars is) I've had that get stuck on the wireing harness once before and it will hold the TB open.
