Throttle Clip

I'm putting my brothers Rx7 back together because he has gone back to university and I want to know how you put the little clip that holds the throttle cable down on.
I was not there when he took it off so I need some help

you gotta push down the throttle linkage, then when the half-moon shaped thing has slack you slide the metal clip thing on the end of the cable into the hole intended for it on the moon thing.
after that slide the cable into the crevace thing ...**** this is hard to explain :p
