throttle body sticking

i jet washed my throttle body when i rebuilt and it sticks on occasion.
i have lubricated it on the inside and out but it still sticks now and then
the throttle cable is new and i have disconnected the cable and i can reproduce the sticking manualy.
is it toast
has anyone else encountered this

Don't lube the TB! It's designed to run dry, and if you lube it you will simply get dirt and crap sticking to the lube and causing the exact problems you're trying to fix. You need to make sure it completely clean. Don't use any products that leave a film or residue. Also check carefully for something mechanical causing the stocking, as that's a much more likely cause.
