Arrow throttle body help to get idle down

Hello i got a s5 na streetport and i have a question.

I'm trying to get my idle down for smog and my car hovers around 1000-1200 and it will bounce once in a while. i looked for vacuum leaks and couldn't find any. However i was messing around with the throttle on the front side where the tps screw is, and i noticed that when i put a little pressure on it in the opposite direction its supposed to go, the idle smooths out and its perfect, but when i let go it goes back to normal.

My idle screw is all the way down so i can't lower the idle any further using that.

what can i adjust to get the idle to act like it was when i was pushing on the throttle backwards?

Your cable might be too tight.
