throttle % and voltage reading

I have an 87 t2 and just installed a safc II. I would have posted this question in the safc section however its kind of a cross question between that and the relationship with the tps. When I am at about 25 % throttle the safc is reading 100 % and it holds that all the way through. At 0 throttle when I first turn on the car it reads 19 but then after a min or so of running it "learns" and goes to 0 but it reads from 0 to 100 on the safc whne I only give it about 25-30 percent. So thereoff I can tune it because it will be dumping tons of fuel in at low throttle if I add any fuel. So anyways when I perform a sensor check on the safc at 0 throttle the sensor is reading 750 V and by the time I hit 30 percent throttle it reads 4.65 and then holds there when I give the pedal 30-100 percent throttle. So should I assume the tps is off?? And if so can it be adjusted or does it need replaced???

This is the nature of the s4 tps. At 1/3 throttle, the TPS plunger (located adjacent to your throttle body) will be at full travel.

I would suggest using the pressure sensor as the switch between the low and high maps on the safc. This has been covered over and over in past threads. For more information about using the pressure sensor instead of tps check out some of the very first threads in the safc section. Everything you need to know is in that section.
