Those of you with GReddy power extreme
What do you think?
How loud is it, compared to stock, compared to other performance systems?
How's that titanium purple paint, or whatever it is they use holding up? Rust or anything?
Thanks

I like mine. Compared to stock catback, it's a little louder. I'm not sure if you'd notice much of a difference in noise if you're still running cats, but without, you definately will. It's pretty quiet though, and the change in tone will make you think it's louder than it really is if you decide to get it. I don't even notice it now.
Oh yeah, no rust or anything and still shiny

I really like my, it makes a very deep and sporty tone and probably one of the quietest system for the 2nd gen 7 I have seen. The only complain I have of it is that the mufflers are a little to big and you don't have much ground clearence if your car is lowered.

I have a full exhaust and this thing is loud!! but it sounds good, nice and throaty. It's fairly I bought it used, and there is just a little tiny bit of rust where the hangers go. The only real complaint I have is that mine doesnt fit all the way, the passenger side can hits the bumper causing it to melt, the driver side fits, but it doesnt stick out as much as other people's I've seen. Dunno why, just does, it fit my friend Cj's turbo 2 perfectly.
listen to it roar at an autocross

I first put my PE on with a Bönez cat and kept the precat. It sounded exactly like stock. With a downpipe added, it was only a little louder and really only louder under acceleration. With no cats, it's loud. The wastegate is much, much louder!!!!!
It's a turbo car so, the n/a should be louder than this.
Hear it here. WARNING...CURSING! Turn it up to loud. I hope you have a subwoofer.

After thinking about it the day I made the video, I'd have to say that the run was more like 45-103.
It's got a T-66 that I do 16+ psi with. The plus part of that is when I tend to blow up engines .
