For those who live in NY...

Hey.
Would i be able to pass emissions in NY state if i get new headers and straight pipes instead of a catalytic converter?

and how loud would it be with straight pipes? (w/ or w/o silencer?)

How much power would i be expecting if i go straight pipes instead of stock cat?

and power from headers?

thanks
this is for the Non Turbo
