Those who have straight pipe exhaust plz help
Ok i have a question...when i am driving the exhaust fumes are coming into my car when i have the sunroof open or the windows a little down...i could be going 80 mph and this happens...does it happen to your car? where can these fumes be coming from??? Its killing me lol

IS your EGR functioning correctly? If there is a leak it could be venting exhaust into the engine bay which is getting pushed into the cabin.
Could be a leak anywhere on the manifold or where your exhaust bolts up. You'd definitely hear a leak like that though so I'd probably guess EGR. Anything further under the car than that and at 80mph you wouldn't be getting it in the cabin.

I have the EGR block off plate, and no cats, and the exhaust system bolted up nice and tight, and I get the same smell coming inside the car. It could be a worn hatch seal, tail lamp seal, or just be sucked back in from a low pressure (or high pressure, cen't remember which) area behind the car.
