well was able to find a 1986 GXL for $2500 in a near by city..
ok heres all the specs of it-
Mileage 123,000
5speed of course
A/C: Front, Cruise Control, Power Steering, Bucket Seats, Cassette Radio, Tinted Glass, Sunroof/Moonroof
ok so today called the guy and went to go check it out.
was able to cold start it, check the exhaust, saw little bit of white smoke for a couple of seconds. sounded nice
now heres where it gets kinda tricky...the guy is the 2nd owner of the fc,
and the 123,000 miles are on a 87 engine that was swapped, so miles on the car is over 200,000...well if i go again, will check it out even more
so is $2500 worth it? try to lower the price, he wont sell it under $2000, expect to replace some parts soon or continue my search

continue on with your search. u can almost buy a turbo if u look a lot. under 2k is reasonable
