thinking of buying a tii: need advice

there is a tii that i am looking into and i would like some advice. the engine is running and according to the owner, the compression is 85/145 and has gone through a minor tune up. in the interior, the mechanism that moves the seat back and forth is broken, the middle console has been ripped out due to excessive damage, and the door handles and ac vents have been cracked. as for the exterior, there are some minor scratches on the rear but there is no rust from what i saw. the owner is asking for $2000. should i buy it???

See http://www.aaroncake.net/rx-7/buy1.htm

Also, have a PROPER compression test done.
