Talking Thinking about getting rotor shaped tire air plug caps.

Visited my friend at his work today (mazda dealer) and i saw these cool Rotor Shaped Tire Air plug caps. I am thinking about grabbing a set! so touristy but i dont care, they are sweet. It will go well with the rotor keychain. They are technically for the rx8 but i dont care.

they have center caps too. Not sure what the price is. I can get a discount (cost + 10%) so ill find out. Most dealers should sell them. It is an Rx8 acc. Shiney too. The center caps might find our rims but i am not sure.

Damn dude... calm down I dont care if anyone sees it or not, I know theyre there, and I like it. Who really sees under my hood...yet Ive spent money to have the IMs ceramic coated, and everything else is powdercoated/painted, and looks very nice. No ones going to see the nice red RB swaybars that are underneath, or my gold JIC coilovers.. who cares?

Exactly. To each their own, do what you want/like, of course there are limits to everything, at least in my mind

I want all my stuff in my engine bay to look nice too. I don't care if people will barely ever see it. I know it's there and that's enough for me.

I was going to get some too, but did not for two reasons.

1.) The price, with my discount mind you, is $29 OUCH! List price for retail customer is $39
2.) They look nice, almost too nice, to stay on my car (somebody will steal them)

But to answer your previous question, all dealers can get them...part# F151-V3-835
And they say "RX-8" in tiny little characters in the middle. But I do agree, they are cool.

I guess I'm just getting to old for this.....

BUT... those things at least serve a function... so therefore, they're not a total bung-job...

If you were going to show the car, nice idea...

But i agree with dorkman52000... one second parked at the mall or on the street here in York and those things would be GONE....

I totally agree with you. Although I really want the keychain. But it would be easy to tell who's stealing your ****....(when a honda come to a stop)...

I hate to make a general blanket statement but ricers are usually the ones buying stolen ****. The operative word is usually.

dont comment until you know things. ^^^

Other people said they look tacky, and basically implied you were foolish to even want them, and all I said was that it appeared from your own name that you have a V8 in your car, which would make them innapropriate. What exactly is so bad about that?

And I will comment on anything I want, and there is absolutely nothing you can do or say to stop me, so save it for someone who actually insulted you.
