Unhappy Thinking about getting another TurboII.. talk me into it. =)

I started my rotary life with a 90 GXL, it replaced my 98 Prelude.. and totally killed it, performance wise.

Two years passed, and I found a 93 R1 I couldn't pass up, so I bought that.. sold the GXL. A year later I missed the FC so much, I bought a dead 89 TurboII and restored it... I even bought the RE Ameniya FC2000 kit for it and everything, but due to unforseen circumstances(body damage), I had to sell it. (I still have the 93).

I have another deal lined up, for a 91 TurboII, but I'm thinking I should save up my cash to get a RX-8 or maybe get a MR2 Turbo just to have something different.. I do love FCs though. =)

I was going to say you should buy an FC, but since you already have an FD I'd have to go with the RX-8. Yeah, it's not a 7...but that Renesis is a beast and it'll be tons of fun to play with!

I got it from osdesigns, I don't remember exactly how much it was. $1800 shipped or close to that.

Since I've posted this message I've sold all my RX-7's and that bumper, so thats why I don't remember.

Funny that this thread came back though, I was debating whether or not to get a GTUs or TurboII, both black, both 89.

Yea, maybe.. unless I buy both. My problem is storing them all.. theres a black 89 Convertible too, super cheap.. it'd be funny if I end up with all three.. haha.

The TurboII is almost double the price of the GTUs.. stupidass initial d raised prices alot.
