Things to do while the motor is out?

Through a series of unfortunate events I'm forced to perform a chassis swap with all of my Turbo II bits. Engine, driveline, brakes, pretty much everything. Since I'm going to have the motor out, is there anything you'd recommend to do? Keep in mind that I can't afford a rebuild.

I'm already ordering the blockoff plates so I can remove the emissions, so it will be less complicated when I do rebuild it, and I'm porting my wastegate. Anything you can think of?

ALSO is there a difference between the suspensions of NA's and TII's (besides the springs)

clean everything, and I'm not too sure, but I do believe that there is a difference between the N/A and TII suspension, what it is I don't know right now but I'll think of it later
