Thermal Pellet Question

I've asked this before, but never gotten an answer.

Atkins sells a "Thermal Pellet Replacment". It pretty much seems like a peice of machined aluminum. It's one solid peice. My question is, does this act like the thermal pellet would, if you did the Thermal Pellet Shimming Mod?

Yep, $1.00 worth of washers or $12 for the dummy plug - either one will work.

Yes its the same thing. Instead of using washers you can put the solid one in. I got mine from PHE here in LA for 15 bucks..They make it themselves and they are very nice piece.
