Is there a fixed headlight setup without having to buy a re-a style bumper. Something that goes flush with the hood, fender and has no flip features. I want to rid the stuff, dead weight of the wires and motors.

 

well......technically speaking CP racing has a "headlight kit"

However you will probably never receive it, although they will take your payment.......and they fit like ***.

Check out Dltreezan's thread about custom projects. He is making a conversion that doesn't need the bumper to be cut.

I also think Vipers started a thread about a test h/l conversion that a company was testing on his car.

Search out those two, they're pretty much your only options for fixed H/L conversions.
